I came across Diamond Approach after I read Soul without Shame by Byron Brown which was more about where I was at at the time. Diamond Heart 1, 2 and 3 are very intense. Diamond Heart 4 is also very challenging but the experience of just reading these books has been incredible and life changing. I'm joining a Diamond Approach group in January in Australia.
