Sonia Choqette, Ph.D is an author, teacher and story teller. She's a best selling author and a wonderful speaker. Her audio program Your Psychic Pathway is useful, practical and interesting. She has intriguing ideas about developing intuition in order to make decisions and trusting one's vibes (or gut feeling).

Sonia describes the audio program like this, "All people are endowed with an amazing psychic ability. Her description of the product is right on. Sonia discusses diverse topics in this audio series. She covers clearing away distractions, the affects others have on gut feelings, emotional outbursts and the importance of awakening imagination and creativity (along with much more). Her charming stories about listening to one's intuitions are a highlight of the series, as are her practical exercises for awakening your inner wisdom.

For users who are perhaps apprehensive or nervous about tapping into psychic powers, Sonia does a great job allying fears and demystifying psychic intuitions. This is a great resource for people who want to learn about psychic ablities and intuitions but may be intimidated or scared.

Personally, I enjoyed the guided meditations provided at the end and listened to them for many years. My mom and step-father both completed this audio program as well and found it useful, uplifting and beneficial.
